  diabetes of all ages from early childhood to maturity\, the artificial pa
 ncreas consists of a continuous glucose meter\, control algorithm and an i
 nsulin pump. Significant life sciences opportunities exist to complement t
 he clinical work and accelerate research progress and commercialisation of
  the artificial pancreas.
