  was head of research at Camfridge.\n\nAbstract: Camfridge is a University
  spin-out company\, with close links to the Department of Material Science
  and the Cavendish Laboratory\, developing energy-efficient and gas-free m
 agnetic cooling technology. The market focus and key drivers for the techn
 ology will be outlined in the presentation and the challenges and opportun
 ities when working with a start-up will be discussed.
