 here are grants available through the ECO (Energy Companies Obligation). P
 art of this scheme is targeted at 'hard to treat' homes and you don't need
  to be on benefits to qualify.\n\nYou can insulate on the inside or on the
  outside or with a mixture of the two (e.g. inside at the front and outsid
 e at the back). Either way you can dramatically cut your heating bills and
  at the same time make your home more comfortable. \n\nOur program starts 
 with some introductory presentations and then time for you to question our
