DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, we provide the global existence of a unique str
 ong solution to the particle-fluid system. This system has been introduced
  for modeling of interacting between flcking particles and incompressible 
 (or compressible) fluid. For large viscosity and suitable initial data\, w
 e also present that the velocities of particles and fluid are asymptotical
 ly aligned to the common velocity at least exponentially fast.
