DESCRIPTION:Consider the Boltzmann equation in strictly convex domains wit
 h the diffuse BC and the specular reflection BC. We establish weighted W^{
 1\,p} estimates to the solutions with both boundary conditions. On the oth
 er hand we construct solutions to the linear Boltzmann equation which cann
 ot be in any weighted W^{2\,p}.
