does the whole framework really make sense anyway? - James Barnard (Melbo

DESCRIPTION:Gluon partners (i.e. coloured vector mesons) likely exist in m
ost models producing a composite Higgs\, and they\ngenerically couple stro
ngly to other coloured resonances. As such\, they could have a significan
t effect on the\nHiggs mass. I will argue that this is the case\, and tha
t the Higgs mass can actually be decreased. Time\npermitting\, I will als
o talk about the potential for UV completions of these models that do not
 rely on\nsupersymmetry or extra dimensions.
