DESCRIPTION:Current Time-of-Flight (ToF) approaches mainly incorporate a c
ontinuous wave intensity modulation principle. The phase reconstruction is
performed using multiple phase images with different phase shifts which i
s equivalent to sample the inherent correlation function at different loca
tions. However\, this principle leads to a large variety of measurement er
ror sources which all have an effect on the resulting depth quality.\n\nTh
is talk presents recent results in handling such error sources to improve
ToF range data quality\, using specific calibration models. For error sour
ces that are scene dependent\, such as so called motion artefacts that occ
urs on dynamic scenes\, low level processing of ToF data is required.\n
