DESCRIPTION:Petra is a registered dietitian and has a PhD in food and nutr
 ition. She works as a senior lecturer at the Department of Food and Nutrit
 ion\, teaching in several areas\; public health nutrition\, food in old ag
 e\, food in pregnancy\, lactation and infanthood\, amongst others. Petra
 ’s PhD thesis examined barriers to and facilitators of dietary change\, 
 particularly in relation to healthy dietary change. She started her career
  as a dietician working with the care of elderly people\, and is currently
  planning a new research project\, together with Åse Tieva and researcher
 s at the Departments of Informatics\, Community Medicine and Rehabilitatio
 n\, and Public Health and Clinical Medicine\, aiming to improve nutritiona
 l intake among elderly people by means of Information and Communications T
 echnology (ICT).
