DESCRIPTION:Autism has long been perceived as a condition that is predomin
antly seen in males. However\, what the ‘male bias’ in prevalence refl
ects is quite complex. Research has been biased toward understanding males
with the condition\, and there is an urgent need to understand more about
females. This talk will examine the nosological\, cognitive\, and (neuro)
biological implications arisen from these complex issues.\n\nReferences:\n
