DESCRIPTION:Controlling coherent interaction at avoided crossings is at th
e heart of quantum information processing. The most common qubit character
ization techniques are also the technologically most demanding as they inv
olve very quick pulse sequences. Here\, we present an alternative based on
straightforward steady state experiments and periodic Landau-Zener transi
tions. We demonstrate that Landau-Zener-Stückelberg-Majorana interferomet
ry is a viable and very general tool to not only study qubit properties bu
t\, beyond\, to decipher decoherence caused by complex environmental influ
ences. The coherence time of our GaAs-based two-electron charge qubit is l
imited by electron-phonon interaction. It is much longer than previously r
eported for similar structures.\nRelated publication: arXiv:1309.5907\n
