DESCRIPTION:*What implication do mindsets and motivations have on the mana
 gement team and the business itself?*  How does a team form the skills to 
 complement their vision to tackle the appropriateness of business models\,
  regulatory challenges\, the need for deep research pockets\, sales to lar
 ge corporates and other bureaucracies and more generally manage teams of v
 ery bright people?\n\nThe second session of the new Enterprise Tuesday ser
 ies includes contributions by  Professor Sabine Bahn\, PhD\, Director\, Th
 e Cambridge Centre for Neuropsychiatric Research\; and Dr Shaun Fitzgerald
 \, Co-Founder and Managing Director\, Breathing Buildings. \n\n*Professor 
 Sabine Bahn* is a practising psychiatrist\, Chair in Neurotechnology and D
 irector of the Cambridge Centre for Neuropsychiatric Research at Cambridge
  University and Chair in Translational Neuropsychiatry at the Erasmus Medi
 cal Centre in Rotterdam\, NL. Her main research interests are to understan
 d the molecular basis of neuropsychiatric disorders\, with a focus on schi
 zophrenia and mood disorders. Professor Bahn has published numerous articl
 es in high impact journals over the last years. In 2005\, she co-founded *
 Psynova Neurotech Ltd*.\, which\, together with Rules Based Medicine (RBM)
  has launched the first blood test aiding in the early diagnosis of Schizo
 phrenia. In 2011 Psynova Neurotech and RBM have been acquired by Myriad Ge
 netics\, a NASDAQ listed company. Professor Bahn continues to be director 
 and chief scientific officer for Psynova Neurotech as well as Senior Medic
 al Director for Neuropsychiatric Disorders for Myriad RBM and Myriad Genet
 ics.\n\n*Shaun Fitzgerald* studied engineering at Cambridge University\, w
 here he completed his undergraduate studies as well as his doctoral and po
 st-doctoral work. He then joined the faculty at Stanford University where 
 he led the Geothermal Research Programme for two years. For the next 5 yea
 rs he worked with Bain & Company as a strategy consultant based in London 
 but working on assignment in the USA and across Europe. In 2001 he returne
 d to Cambridge University to embark on a natural ventilation research prog
 ramme funded by BP. He co-founded *Breathing Buildings* in 2006\, which is
  now the UK's leading natural ventilation company. He still teaches and su
 pervises 4th year undergraduate research projects in natural ventilation a
