DESCRIPTION:This Buns Talk gives a swift overview of the concepts of cultu
 re and their impact on attitudes to sustainability.  Dr Harry will mainly 
 talk about culture (primarily in a work context) but then on sustainabilit
 y.  Although he is not an active researcher\, Wes is academically qualifie
 d with a PhD from the Graduate School of Management University of Strathcl
 yde and takes academic methods into the workplace.  He is a regular contri
 butor to academic journals and produces books or book chapters on a wide r
 ange of topics such as HRM and Human Rights\, CSR and ethics in Business\,
  Managing Sustainably\, and Managing across Cultures.  In his career he ha
 s held very senior roles in companies in Asia and the Gulf\, living and wo
 rking outside the UK for more than 30 years.
