DESCRIPTION:The action of the symmetric group $S_{mn}$ on set partitions o
 f sets of size $mn$ into $n$ sets of size $m$ gives rise to a permutation 
 module called the Foulkes module\, $H^{(m^n)}$. Structurally\, very little
  is known about Foulkes modules\, even over $\\mathbb{C}$.  In this talk\,
  we will focus on $H^{(4^n)}$ and we will see that it is possible to obtai
 n a lot of new structural information by using induction and restriction o
 f modules as the main tools.
