DESCRIPTION:Nowadays\, numerous project managers are in charge of the comp
osition of efficient groups in order to solve collective problems\; leadin
g to the following questions: How can we determine the optimal size of a t
eam? Which person do we need to select for a given task? Despite the large
number of data available\, what seems to stilllack in most of the social
network studies is a link between the experiment results and a simple form
at model. Considering the existing opinion dynamics tools\, we propose to
fit different consensus models to social influence by conducting online ex
periments on crowdsourcing platforms. Ultimately\, this presentation will
focus on drawing a model which will allow to predict the group's efficienc
y\, and explain the resulting decisions by human personality traits.\n\n
