 2014*\n*Advances in Cancer Screening and Prevention Research* \nThis event
  will discuss current research and clinical trials for the prevention of c
 ancer\, focussing on screening\, early detection and chemoprevention. The 
 meetings will be run in an informal setting with plenty of opportunity for

 scovery and Assay Development*\nWhilst numerous challenges exist in transl
 ating biomarker research into the clinical space\; a number of gene and pr
 otein based biomarkers are already being used at some point in patient car
 e. This event will discuss the further discovery and assay development of 
 genetic\, epigenetic\, proteomic\, glycomic\, and imaging biomarkers which
  can be used for cancer diagnosis\, prognosis\, and epidemiology.\n\n*Wedn

  to treatment* \nThis event will discuss development of therapies for canc
 er treatment including\, but not exclusively biologicals\, looking at disc
