DESCRIPTION:In this lecture we will recall the atmospheric equations of wa
 ter vapor with saturation. In their simplest form\, these equations form a
  nonlinear system of partial differential equations with discontinuities. 
 We will address the issue of the modelling of the system in the presence o
 f singularities\, and some questions on the existence\, uniqueness and reg
 ularity of these solutions. \n
