DESCRIPTION:Paul Seabright of Cambridge Enterprise\, Peter Templeton of EC
 S and academics will explore different approaches to dissemination and com
 mercialisation.\n\nPaul Seabright:\nPaul joined Cambridge Enterprise in Ap
 ril 2009 to take up the post as head of consultancy services and is respon
 sible for both IT and business support. In 2010 he was a board member and 
 director of Cambridge University Technical Services Limited (CUTS)\, a con
 sultancy company wholly owned by Cambridge Enterprise Ltd. He has consider
 able experience of technology transfer in both the biotech and medtech sec
 tors\, a degree in biochemistry and a PhD in chemistry from Manchester. Pa
 ul was previously head of business development at Health Enterprise East w
 here he was instrumental in building a successful technology transfer and 
 consultancy organisation for the NHS in this region. Before this he was a 
 technology manager at Cambridge Enterprise for more than 3 years and led i
 ts life science team. Paul also spent 5 years as a senior scientist with a
  Cambridge biotech company developing the its medtech business and has bee
 n a postdoctoral researcher with the MRC and the University of Cambridge.\
 n\nPeter Templeton:\nSince 2003\, Peter Templeton has led the Institute fo
 r Manufacturing's Education and Consultancy Services which is responsible 
 for transferring the IfM's research and education outputs to industry\, go
 vernments and academic institutions around the world. Peter has 25 years e
 xperience in manufacturing and manufacturing-related services. Early in hi
 s career Peter worked in chemical process design and operations\; subseque
 ntly he developed a broad range of experience with companies providing IT 
 software and services to the process manufacturing sector\, encompassing s
 ystems for MRP II / ERP\, Manufacturing Execution\, Engineering Design and
  Supply Chain Planning and Execution. He has worked with world-leading com
 panies from the chemicals\, petroleum\, pharmaceuticals\, foods\, consumer
  products\, nuclear re-processing and defence industries.
