DESCRIPTION:*Abstract*\n\nElemental abundance ratios of stars and DLAs ret
ain the information of \n(1) the formation and evolutionary histories of g
alaxies and (2) the properties of the first stars. For extremely metal-poo
r stars and DLAs\, the elemental abundance patterns can be explained by th
e first enrichment from core-collapse supernovae. I am simulating chemodyn
amical evolution of galaxies using my hydrodynamical code that includes st
ar formation and chemical enrichment from core-collapse and Type Ia supern
ovae and AGB stars. This successfully reproduces various observations such
as the elemental abundance ratios in the Galactic bulge\, disk\, and thic
 k disk\, radial gradients\, and mass-metallicity relations of galaxies. I
will also show some new results with AGN feedback.
