DESCRIPTION:X-ray computed microtomography has become widely spread in Geo
science studies because it is the only high-resolution\,\nnon-destructive
technique that allows visualisation\, reconstruction and processing of geo
materials directly in 3D.\nIn this presentation I will provide examples of
the most recent applications of this technique to Geoscience topics\,\nfo
cussing especially on volcanological and petrological issues.
