DESCRIPTION:We look at some of the most surprising and important scientifi
c discoveries from the Cassini mission orbiting Saturn. These are:\n\n
 (1) The ubiquitous periodic 'signal' in Saturn's magnetic field and other
physical parameters.\n\n (2) The unusual shape of Saturn's plasma sheet
  - a 'warped disc' of charged particles which rotates about the planet.\n\
n (3) The surprising property of the ionosphere of Saturn's moon Titan
to retain a 'memory' of the magnetic field to which it is exposed for time
intervals as long as three hours.\n\nThe talk is *free* for CUPS members\
, *£2* for non-members\, and will be followed by a wine reception.
