DESCRIPTION:All members of staff are invited to participate in the InterCo
 nnect consultations being held in Lent Term 2014 to explore the experience
 s and perceptions of individual members of staff from all cultural and eth
 nic groups\, i.e. White British\, White Other\, and Black and Minority Eth
 nic. The goal is to understand the successes and challenges that staff fac
 e from all cultural backgrounds when working at the University. We hope th
 is exercise will help us to identify good practice and areas in which the 
 University could perhaps make improvements as part of the InterConnect ini
 tiative.\n\nThere are four sessions\, one each for Assistant\, Academic-Re
 lated\, Academic and Contract Researcher/Post-Doc staff groups\, to reflec
