DESCRIPTION: I am fascinated about the cell and I am in particular interes
ted in how the cell divides. Cell division is a very important process tha
t occurs in all organisms and is essential for life. Importantly\, problem
s in the cell division lead to embryonic lethality and the development of
 cancer.\nWhen the cell undergoes a division\, it uses a "spindle"\, a beau
tiful structure that physically separates the genetic material and distrib
utes it equally into the two new daughter cells.\nI will talk about my res
earch project\, which focuses on understanding the formation of this vital
structure and aims to provide new ideas for cancer therapies.
