DESCRIPTION:I will consider a system coupling the incompressible Navier St
 okes equations and the Newton laws in order to describe the motion of rigi
 d bodies inside a viscous fluid. First\, I will present results on the exi
 stence of global-in-time finite-energy solutions\, including a discussion 
 on the possibility of contacts between rigid bodies. I will then detail a 
 work in progress on the long-time behavior of these solutions.
