DESCRIPTION:Richard is an expedition kayaker and adventurer who has travel
 ed over 7\,600 miles by bike\, kayak\, canoe\, and on foot. He started the
  Big 5 Kayak Challenge\, Spare Seat Kayak Expeditions\, has raised money f
 or charities including WaterAid\, managed the Ghana Ski Team at the Vancou
 ver Winter Olympics in 2010\, and works to help young people reach their f
 ull potential through an organization called Inspired Life.
