DESCRIPTION:Shooting a key interview well is vital to any piece of video c
 ommunication. Shot badly and people cease to take notice or listen to that
  important message. *Learn some simple techniques in this half day worksho
 p\, and you will wonder why you didn’t do this before!*\n\nThe workshop 
 sessions will run *10am - 1pm and 2pm – 5pm.*\n\nThe first hour will be 
 spent looking at what works and what doesn’t and giving some important t
 ips.  The second hour will give participants time to experiment doing thei
 r own interviews.  The third hour we shall continue working on interviews\
 , but there will be time to watch the session’s work and feed back!\n\n*
 Facilitated by Rosemary Hill*\n\nRosemary started her career as an English
  and Drama teacher before training to be an actor and joining the BBC in 1
 989 where she produced educational work for both radio and TV for the BBC 
 Open University Production Centre\, BBC Schools and BBC World Service. She
  set up her own media company Collage Media Ltd in 2000 and continued work
 ing for the BBC in a  freelance capacity as well as for other companies ma
 king documentaries and dramas. She also made many multimedia products for 
 the DCCF\, NSCL and other clients. She has a great interest in creativity 
 and leadership and wrote her first book\, The Creative Teacher (2006\, Cre
 ative Partnerships). She regularly runs workshops on creative thinking for
  business and education and also works as a freelance theatre director and
  workshop facilitator.
