DESCRIPTION:In his thesis\, Seb Wills introduced Concurrent Recall Network
 s (CRNs)\nwhich are neural networks with massive memory capacity that use 
 the\nprecise spike timing of many neurons to code information.\n\nIn this 
 talk I will reintroduce CRNs from a biological perspective -\nbriefly revi
 ewing experimental evidence for temporal coding and\nconjunction detectors
  - before presenting some new simulation results\ndemonstrating the power 
 of these networks.\n\nThe talk will end with speculation about sampling pr
 obability\ndistributions and the relationship between CRNs and Hopfield ne
 tworks.\n
