  Forward Composites\, a company borne out of Lola Composites just over a y
 ear ago with remarkable success.\n\nFrom the ashes of Lola Composites\, wh
 ich went into administration in May 2012\, Paul Jackson established Forwar
 d Composites in March 2013. In just one year the new company has over 85 e
 mployees\, after starting with just 3\, a turnover of more than £4m\, and
  most recently Paul has been awarded Cambridge News 'Business Person of th
