DESCRIPTION:Kevin J. Krizek is Professor of Environmental Design and Trans
 port at the University of Colorado where he also serves as Outreach and Ed
 ucation Coordinator for Sustainability initiatives. He is a 2013-14 fellow
  of the Leopold Leadership Program and for 2013-14\, has been awarded a U.
 S.-Italy Fulbright Scholarship. Krizek heads the Active Communities / Tran
 sportation (ACT) Research Group–graduate students and researchers studyi
 ng how land use-transportation policies influence household residential lo
 cation decisions and travel behavior (including walking and cycling). He i
 s appointed to the bicycle transportation committee of the Transportation 
 Research Board of the National Academies\, and is the Senior Transportatio
 n Fellow for the Environmental Center at CU.
