DESCRIPTION:The talk will review how cells\, specifically mesenchymal stem
  cells\, can exploit nanoscale information to control growth and different
 iation. How cells perceive nanoscale information metabolically and genomic
 ally will be considered. The talk will also cover aspects of dynamic subst
 rates to gain temporal control of stem cells and use of nano fibrous hydro
 gels to identify potential biological molecule mediators of stem cell diff
 erentiation.
