DESCRIPTION:A thermodynamically consistent model for incompressible two-ph
 ase fluid flows\nwith phase transitions driven by temperature is introduce
 d and analyzed. Concentrating\non the case of equal densities\, we establi
 sh well-posedness and study\nthe qualitative behavior of solutions. In par
 ticular\, we characterize all equilibria\nand study their stability proper
 ties. The entropy turns out to be an important\nquantity in the stability 
 analysis.\n\n
