DESCRIPTION:The coming IfM buns talk will be on the next Friday\, 4th July
 . Charles Boulton is going to introduce the engineering department's Fourt
 h Cross-Divisional Research Theme.\n\nCharles Boulton is the theme’s man
 ager in the department and also working in IfM.  He will describe how and 
 why the theme came into being\, the three core activities within the theme
  and will share some thoughts about where the theme has had the most effec
 t.  He’ll also describe how the theme interacts with the newly appointed
  Knowledge Transfer Facilitators and the links to other Departments and sp
 eculate on where the theme could go next.\n\nThe theme offers resources an
 d pragmatic help to people wanting to increase the impact of their researc
 h\, to develop their industrial collaboration and to generally increase th
 eir skills and experience in the area – so come along and find out about
  the theme activities and how Charles might be able to help you.
