DESCRIPTION:In this talk our latest results in the area of organic field-e
 ffect transistors and integrated circuits\, with strong emphasis on the di
 fferent technologies adopted\, will be presented. The talk will be split i
 nto two parts. In the first part I will present data on complementary-like
  organic circuits based on ambipolar transistors. In the second part I wil
 l discuss our resent results on soluble electron transporting organic semi
 conductors and their utilisation in n-channel field-effect transistors and
  complementary logic circuits.
