DESCRIPTION:Professor Keith Hayward will speak on where we are and where w
 e are going with technology in both civil and military applications\, some
  of the regulatory and ethical issues\, and the implications for the tradi
 tional aerospace industry.\n\n*Professor Keith Hayward* FRAeS is currently
  Head of Research at the Royal Aeronautical Society. He was formerly Head 
 of Economic and Political Affairs at the Society of British Aerospace Comp
 anies and before that Professor of International Relations at Staffordshir
 e University. Professor Hayward has been a consultant to the UK House of C
 ommons Trade and Industry Committee\, the US Congress Office of Technology
  Assessment\, the UK Ministry of Defence and the Department of Trade and I
 ndustry. He has written extensively on defence and aerospace industry issu
 es\, and has published over fifty books and articles on the subject. He is
  an Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute and a member o
 f the French based Air and Space Academy.\n\nTime: Refreshments served fro
