DESCRIPTION:Helen's research interest focuses on behavioural epidemiology\
 , particularly in relation to children’s physical activity. She has a fo
 cus on mediators of physical activity behaviour change and the development
  and refinement of intervention strategies\, which aim to promote increase
 d physical activity and reduced sedentary behaviours among children. In ad
 dition\, she maintains an interest in the evaluation of health promotion a
 nd related programs and activities. Helen also has a research interest in 
 sport coaching\, particularly the behavioural aspects of coaching and the 
 mentoring process.
