DESCRIPTION:Many complex systems from  infrastructures and to the brain\, 
 cannot be\nfully understood if we don't consider their multilayer network 
 structure.\n\nThese multilayer structures are  characterized by new types 
 of correlations\nwhich encode information that cannot be extracted by the 
 single layers\ntaken in isolation.\n\nHere we will discuss recent results 
 on modelling the structure of\nmultilayer networks and characterizing thei
 r  robustness showing that the\nmultiplexity of these structures have nove
 l unexpected properties.
