DESCRIPTION:Graduate recruiters use extended hiring processes with applica
 tion forms\, competency based interviews and assessment centres. We'll dis
 cuss the attributes that companies value in a prospective employee\, explo
 re why companies ask the questions they do and how you can make your respo
 nses as effective as possible. Taking the BP process as a template for a t
 ypical application and interview system\, we will provide you with tips an
 d guidance to succeed with an application to any graduate role or internsh
