 Dona Sarkar is an engineering manager\, an author and a fashion designer. 
 She joined Microsoft in 2005 and currently leads a team of engineers to bu
 ild the central hardware and driver signing service for the Windows brand.
  She has more than 12 years of experience in the tech industry and has bee
 n involved in building products and customer experiences that are used by 
 more than a billion people\, starting from Oracle databases to multiple ve
 rsions of Windows\, OneDrive and Windows Phone. \n\nDona is a passionate a
 dvocate of hiring and retaining diverse talent into the tech industry. She
  spends several months every year leading technical roadshows and conducti
