DESCRIPTION:Graduate recruiters use extended hiring processes with applica
 tion forms\, competency based interviews and assessment centres. We’ll d
 iscuss the attributes that companies value in a prospective employee\, exp
 lore why companies ask the questions they do and how you can make your res
 ponses as effective as possible. Taking the BP process as a template for a
  typical application and interview system\, we will provide you with tips 
 and guidance to succeed with an application to any graduate role or intern
 ship.\n\nThe workshop is aimed at both undergraduates and postgraduates. R
 efreshments will be served afterwards in Central Core.\n\nPlaces are limit
 ed to 50 people and they will be awarded on a first come basis. Please ema
