DESCRIPTION:Where do maths graduates and post graduates fit into BP? Drop 
 by and hear how our graduates have started their careers. \n\nThe oil and 
 gas industry faces a lot of challenges which are tackled by mathematicians
  - ranging from engineering to commercial and trading.\n\nExamples include
 :\n* Where shall we position our wells and what is the optimized drilling 
 strategy?\n* What is the most efficient way of getting hydrocarbons out of
  the ground?\n*  Are operations and technologies economically viable?\n*  
 How should we trade oil?\n\nThis talk gives an overview of where maths is 
 used in the industry. In particular\,  we focus on one engineering and one
  business application.\n\nPlease join us for the talk and also some drinks
