DESCRIPTION:What makes a good voting system? Can we ever hope to achieve a
  perfect one? I will give a few examples of systems currently in use and h
 ow they compare in order to explore these questions further.\n\nI will beg
 in by examining a few criteria for a good voting system\, then use these t
 o analyse some existing systems. Lastly we will look at Arrow's impossibil
 ity theorem and show the contradictive nature of voting when trying to agg
 regate individuals' preferences into a single\, rational and community-wid
 e preference.
