DESCRIPTION:We study the long-time behaviour of closed quantum systems und
 er temporally periodic global driving\, arguably the simplest deviation fr
 om equilibrium. Drawing inspiration from current understanding of equilibr
 ation and thermalisation in closed quantum systems with a time-independent
  Hamiltonians we study the long-time behaviour of free\, interacting and (
 many-body) localised systems under periodic driving.
