 ’s Fund\, a UK health charity\, the Bloomberg Professor of Divinity at H
 arvard University and Chair of the review of the Liverpool Care Pathway fo
 r Dying Patients. Rabbi Julia is Senior Rabbi of West London Synagogue and
  serves on the Board of the Van Leer Group Foundation and Van Leer Jerusal
 em Institute. She is a founding trustee of the Schwab Charitable Trust\, s
 et up in memory of her parents.\n\nBaroness Neuberger is a social commenta
 tor\, writing and broadcasting regularly on a variety of social and religi
 ous issues. Among her books is 'Not Dead Yet: A Manifesto for Old Age (200
 8)' and 'Is That All There Is?: Thoughts on the meaning of life and leavin
 g a legacy(2011)' \n\nThe Cambridge Centre for Health Services Research ai
 ms to inform policy through evidence-based research on health services in 
 the UK and internationally. It is a collaboration between the Health Servi
 ces Research Group at the Institute of Public Health\, University of Cambr
 idge\, and the Health and Healthcare Programme at RAND Europe.
