DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this talk is to study the well-posedness the st
 ationary 3D Stokes-Coriolis system in a half-space with rough bottom and D
 irichlet data not decaying at space infinity. We look for solutions of inf
 inite energy in a space of Sobolev regularity. Our analysis emphasizes str
 ong singularities of the Stokes-Coriolis operator at low tangential freque
 ncies. This is a joint work with Anne-Laure Dalibard.
