DESCRIPTION:Minimal Gauge Mediation is a simple and predictive mechanism o
 f SUSY breaking that elegantly solves the SUSY Flavor Problem. However it 
 is difficult to accommodate a 125 GeV Higgs with a light SUSY spectrum\, w
 hich motivates extensions of the minimal model. In this talk I will discus
 s two examples: in the MSSM one can consider new matter-messenger coupling
 s with a flavor structure determined by simple underlying U(1) flavor mode
 ls\, while in the NMSSM one can add direct singlet-messenger couplings. Bo
 th models allow for a light SUSY spectrum and lead to an interesting new f
 lavor and collider phenomenology\, respectively.
