DESCRIPTION:We present a physical parametrisation of the leading effects b
eyond the SM (BSM)\, that give us at present the best way to constrain hea
vy new-physics at low-energies. We call these the BSM Primary effects\; th
ere are 8 primaries related to Higgs physics\, 3 related to TGCs and\n7 re
lated to Z-pole measurements at LEP. Starting from these experimentally me
asurable deformations (and not operators)\, we construct the dimenssion 6
Lagrangian in a bottom up way. We\, thus\, show that other BSM effects are
not independent from these ones\, and we provide the explicit correlation
 s. We then describe the RG\nflow of these BSM primary effects and show ho
w these scaling equations allow us to derive RG-induced bounds\, stronger
than the direct constraints\, on the Higgs coupling to vectors and the TGC
s.\nFinally we discuss experimental applications and the theoretical expec
tation for the size of these BSM primaries in some well-motivated BSM theo
 ries.\n
