DESCRIPTION:One of the ways that we help to create high performing organis
ations and teams is to facilitate business simulations for clients that ar
 e highly interactive\, fun\, practical and challenging.\n\nA high-performa
nce team can be defined as a group of people with specific roles and compl
ementary talents and skills\, aligned with and committed to a common purpo
se\, that consistently show high levels of collaboration\, innovation and
produce superior results. The high-performance team is regarded as tight-k
nit\, focused on their goal and nothing else. Team members are so devoted
to their purpose that they will surmount any barrier to achieve the team's
goals.\n\nThe workshop helps to:-\n\n Powerfully demonstrate what cons
titutes a high performance culture and the profound impact on business res
ults\n Highlight the vital importance of each team member\n Provide
empirical data between a high performance culture and the achievement of o
utstanding measurable results\n Establish action plans to increase perf
ormance in their organisation and team\n\n \nWhat some previous participan
ts have said:\n\n"The first time I experienced the simulation it was a com
plete eye-opener and surprise. I could not believe the impact of the activ
ity on team working. The game not only awakened the characteristics of hig
hly effective teams but it demonstrated just what amazing results can be a
chieved when people work together. One of the most dynamic\, energetic and
  relevant interventions I’ve ever experienced."\nChris Noblet\, Ex CEO\,
Avelo.\n\n"The event is both insightful and fun. Realising Ambition provi
de a unique\, condensed experience of teamwork in action in a format which
ensures lasting learning. The outcomes are highly personal and relevant t
o people across a broad range of organisations. The session is hugely enga
ging and it was remarkable how participants from different companies got s
tuck into the session in such a short space of time... and at the end of a
long day too!"\nHarry Bullivant\, Chairman\, ImechE\, (Cambs and Beds Are
 a)\n\nPrevious seminar clients include Avello\, Mothercare\, Pace\, Sky\,
Ladbrokes\, BT and Orange.\n\n\nTimings:\n\n08:00 Registration and network
