DESCRIPTION:\nApart from the lattice\, few techniques are available to dea
l with strongly coupled quantum field theories. In this talk\, I will disc
uss one such method: the Truncated Conformal Space Approach (TCSA)\, propo
sed by Yurov and Al. Zamolodchikov in 1989. This is a numerical method for
doing non-perturbative calculations in renormalization group flows in D-d
imensional theories.\nAs a guiding example\, I will discuss the applicatio
ns of this scheme to phi^4 theory and its spectroscopy in the Z_2 broken a
nd unbroken phases\, as well as its critical point (i.e. the critical poin
 t of the Ising model).
