DESCRIPTION:Note: This seminar will run 2:15 to 3:15pm\n\nIn the last 29 y
 ears Sophos has grown from 2 employees to 2300. Started in an end-terrace 
 house near Oxford by two postgrads straight after their doctorates\, it gr
 ew to become a world leading producer of computer security software and ha
 rdware. Jan Hruska\, who is the co-founder of the company\, will give his 
 perspective on various business problems encountered on the way\, from the
  founding of a company\, rapid growth\, acquisitions\, patents\, interview
 ing and employing people\, exporting etc\, which are often best solved in 
 non-intuitive ways. The solutions presented are frequently surprising and 
 often *not* what you may learn in a business school.
