DESCRIPTION: I will present in this talk some recent results on the parabo
 lic-parabolic Keller-Segel equation in the plane\, in the subcritical mass
  framework. More precisely\, I will present : (1) Uniqueness and regularis
 ation of weak solutions\; (2) A polynomial weighted $H^1 \\times H^2$ expo
 nential stability of the self-similar profile in the radially symmetric ca
 se and quasi parabolic-elliptic regime.
