DESCRIPTION:Andrew Phillips is head of the Biological Computation Group at
  Microsoft Research Cambridge\, where he is currently developing programmi
 ng languages and tools for simulating and analysing biological systems. \n
 \nHe joined Microsoft Research Cambridge in 2005\, to conduct research at 
 the intersection of programming language theory and biological modelling. 
 In 2011 he received a TR35 award from Technology Review for work on softwa
 re for computer-assisted genetic engineering. Phillips is currently develo
 ping visual programming languages and tools for simulating and analysing c
 omplex models of biological systems.\n\nFree for BioSoc members\, £2 for
